Nikša Bulatović was born on June 10, 1977. in Skopje. He lived in Peja, then in Sombor, then again in Peja. He attended the high school "Veljko Petrović" in Sombor. For more than a decade and a half, he was engaged in journalism in several daily and periodical newspapers and online portals in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 2014, and a year later, as a law graduate, he was elected a teaching associate at the College of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship in Belgrade. From November 2016 until the end of next year, he will take over the position of Secretary of the Business School "Dr Radomir Bojković" from Kruševac. From the beginning of 2018, he returned to the College of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship as an assistant. At that school, that year, he completed two-year master's studies in economics, majoring in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, and acquired the title of master economist. At the Megatrend University, he is enrolling in doctoral studies in law, majoring in Security, which are in progress.
